So far, the more I use Multiply, the more I like it. Some key differentiators for me: 1) It looks like it was designed by professionals; MySpace looks like a hack job; 2) ease of use -- it's very easy to add content and have it look good, including importing or just integrating content from other sites; 3) relationships -- not only is it easier to control who can see what, but they give you three groups by default (friends, family, professionals) which means you could keep all your e-stuff in one place and still keep the personal stuff personal.
